“Fashions For Evergreens”, a Roanoke Hotel Holiday Display

FreeUnited Way of Roanoke Valley and The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center are pleased to announce that the beloved Fashions for Evergreen event is back in person for 2021!
From whimsical and outlandish displays to elegant and traditional designs, visitors of the 2021 Fashions for Evergreens, will be inspired by the glamorous trees and be able to gather ideas from professional decorators for a truly memorable holiday season.
“We are proud to support and partner with the United Way of Roanoke Valley,” said Brian Wells, general manager of The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. “With the absence of the in-person event last year, this year’s event is poised to be one of our best year yet.”
The event’s public vote is once again raising money for the United Way of Roanoke Valley. The public is being asked to vote monetarily in any amount (only U.S. currency and checks accepted) and at the end of the public voting, the tree that raises the most money will be declared the winner of the People’s Choice Award.
FASHIONS AT HOME COMPETITION
Being virtual allows us to expand and share in the season together! We know you’ve worked hard on your holiday decorations! Take a picture of your setup and submit your décor via the submission form to United Way of Roanoke Valley to be showcased on Fashions at Home, also on the UWRV website.
The Fashions for Evergreens contest runs through New Year’s Day, when the winning tree is selected through dollar vote counts.
Voters, as well as those who submit their own tree photos to Fashions at Home, will be eligible for exciting prizes from the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center!
